Preventive Care, Tune-ups, Initial Visits & Follow-ups
Keep Your Horse Moving Comforatbly
Preventative care such as Myotherapy or Cranio-Sacral check-ups at:

2–6-week intervals for serious competitors

2–3-month intervals for less rigorous work
Tune-ups for those who take time off are a great way to avoid lengthy lay-ups, training plateaus or setbacks.
Initial visits: 1- 2 hours

Medical and training history, stance and movement assessment,
-
Muscular range of motion assessment, saddle assessment, myotherapy and/or CST session, muscle re-education through stretching and recommendations for corrective exercises or stretches.
Follow-up visits: 45 min - 1 hour
Re-assessment from previous visit and myotherapy/ CST treatment.
